Refund policy

Damages and issues

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at Hotteanhoneyboutique@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will get it taken care of and make things right as quickly as possible!

Exchanges 

Due to low stock of each item and selling out quickly, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Refunds/Returns 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of store credit. Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. (Please NOTE: A customer is only eligible for a return if the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no animal hair, no smells of smoke, not final sale, within the date ranges specified in the return policy).

We do not offer refunds to credit or Paypal accounts. Refunds in form of store credit only. 

Final Sale

All sale items are final. All sales on jewelry, graphic tees, purses, purse straps, wallets, leggings, shorts, undergarments, hats and beanies are final.
